CREME BRU-FUCKING-LEE, Trash Husband ordered some for me from T2 and I am just devouring it.
Like a lot of people, I started streaming during the pandemic. I'd tried a couple years earlier but it just didn't really work out because I was working full time and was dead to the world after a day of work. Moving to Canada was a chance for me to try things out and see what worked and what didn't. I also have an amazing partner supporting me in all this.
I started streaming out of a combination of spite and wanting to be a safe space for people. During my lowest points, there were streamers that I would put on and just listen to. They weren't over the top, no alerts or anything like that. Just chill vibes and calming music. I wanted to pass that on to someone else. That's why I'm picky about not having alerts or a very busy stream in general.
Spite because my dad said that you can't make money being 'artsy fartsy' and I wanna prove the fucker wrong.
At the end of the day, I wanna be background noise for people to work, game or just vibe too. It means the world to me if someone just sits in the stream and never says a word. Lurkers are the foundation of twitch and you can't change my mind.
